What this site is for
This site tells real estate professionals about working with our team and lets them book a conversation with us. It isn't an offer of employment or of a contract, and booking a call doesn't create any agreement between you and Estavio or eXp Realty. Any arrangement to join the team is made separately, in writing.
Figures, examples and stories
Income figures, agent stories, testimonials and statistics on this site are illustrative. They describe past results or typical scenarios and are not a promise or guarantee of what you will earn. Your results depend on your own work, the market, and the terms you agree with us.
Commission splits, fees, onboarding, training, coaching, tools, schedules, mentoring, leads, appointments and other support described on this site show how the team generally works today. They may change at any time without notice, and none of them is an offer, a promise or a commitment to you. Only a signed written agreement with us sets the terms that apply to you.
Not professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial or real estate advice. Speak with a qualified professional about your own situation. Real estate professionals in Alberta are licensed by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).

- Give accurate information in our forms, and only your own.
