Who we are

What we collect
When you book a call
Your name, email, phone number, licence status, deals closed in the last 12 months and, if you choose to give them, your current brokerage, LinkedIn profile and a note about your business. We also record the page you sent the form from and any campaign tags in its link (for example utm_source), so we know which of our posts or ads brought you here.
The second step, choosing a time, runs on Calendly. Calendly receives your name, email and phone number to schedule the call and handles that information under its own privacy policy. When you book, we keep a record of the booking and its time.
When you send us a message
Your name, email, the topic, your message and, if you give it, your phone number.
If you start the booking form and leave the page, your browser keeps what you typed in its session storage so you don't lose it. It stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab.
When you browse the site
We count visits ourselves, without cookies and without storing IP addresses. Your browser keeps a random ID in its own storage (not a cookie) and sends us the pages you view, the website that linked you here, and whether you're on a phone, tablet or computer. We use this only to understand how the site is used. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we don't count your visit at all.
To protect our forms from spam and abuse, the site briefly holds your IP address in memory to limit how often requests can be sent. It isn't saved to our database. Like any website, our hosting provider's servers also keep short-term technical logs (including IP addresses) to keep the site secure and running.
This site doesn't set its own cookies. We use Google Tag Manager to run measurement tools, such as Google Analytics and advertising measurement tags, that help us understand how visitors find and use the site and how well our ads work. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers and collect information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser, and your approximate location. The Calendly scheduler shown in the booking step and the Google map on the Contact page are provided by those companies and may also set their own cookies under their own policies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on, and manage Google ad personalisation in My Ad Center. The site works the same without these cookies.
Why we use it
- To contact you about the call you booked or the message you sent.
- To understand your experience and goals, and whether joining Estavio is a good fit for you.
- To follow up about joining the team, by phone, email or text, if you agreed to that on the form.
- To run, secure and improve the website.
- To measure how visitors find and use the site, and how well our advertising works.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share what you type into our forms with advertisers.
Your consent
By ticking the consent box on the booking form or the message form, you agree to us contacting you about joining the team. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any of our messages or emailing talent@estavio.com; we'll then stop contacting you for that purpose.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run parts of the site for us, and only what each one needs:
- Our web hosting provider stores this website and its database. Its servers may be located outside Canada.
- HighLevel (LeadConnector, United States) is our customer relationship system. It receives a copy of the details you submit through our forms so our team can follow up with you.
- Calendly (United States) schedules booked calls.
- Google Maps (Google, United States) shows our office location on the Contact page.
- Google Tag Manager and the tools it loads (such as Google Analytics; Google, United States) measure visits and the performance of our ads.
Because some of these providers operate outside Canada, your information may be processed in other countries and be subject to their laws. We may also disclose information where the law requires or permits it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking requests and messages only as long as we need them for the purposes above, or as the law requires, and then delete them. Visit statistics are removed automatically after about 13 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see Your rights below).
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and submissions are available only to authorised Estavio team members through a password-protected dashboard. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any limits the law allows. Email talent@estavio.com and we'll respond within the time the law requires. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows the latest version.
